Horrible customer service!!!!!

I signed up for 1 year of xbox live and it said I would get a 15.00 credit back and I only received a 5.00 Microsoft credit. I have been chatted and been on the phone for this issue. This is crazy this is so hard for you guys to fix.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

My xbox one console is only 6 months old and is broken. Microsoft will NOT honor the warranty and told me the console had been tampered with. I know for a fact that the console has never been touched besides just playing games. Very disappointed and I
wont spend another dollar on anything they have to offer.

If your car company actual replaced a year old car, then you got extremely lucky. I call BS As well though.

As far as support and complaints go though, you were lied to and you're only wasting your time here. This is a community forum and nobody from MS is going to read your complaint.

 

Well thojg is are you sure thats what the credit is for?

Xbox rewards pay out on renewal of membership too

Fyi you dont ger the code immédiate ly yoi get it in 4 weeks as stated on the terms and conditions of the offer

 

Yeah man, I'm 100 percent sure on the offer. It wasn't just for renewal, but all this is doing me no good, so I'm just saying f*** it.

If it wsnst 4 weeks yet yoi will have to wait for the 4 weeks to be up

 

There was also a recent promo from the rewards department if you spent 5bucks or more on a movie you grt 5 bucks back

Since this is only a recent promotion i doubt 4 weeks has passéd

So has it been 4 weeks if not that would be why

They rarely give it out early
