I have previously highlighted that I have a stable connection, but just to highlight I only a -53dBm signal loss which does not change when I move closer to the wifi router.

1. Does this happen when playing installed game in your Xbox app or happen only during remote playing or cloud gaming?

2. What troubleshooting steps have you taken so far to help resolve the issue?

It is possible that your display adapter driver is outdated or not powerful enough to handle the game. We can try updating your display adapter driver or reducing your graphics settings.

Update your Windows and device drivers.

> For the best game performance, make sure your system’s video card drivers (or display adapter drivers) are up to date. Drivers are available on the support website for your computer manufacturer, or if your computer system is custom built, on the video card manufacturer’s support website. Updating video card drivers can resolve game crashes, improve frame rates, and improve overall game performance.

To adjust the graphic settings of Windows 11, you can follow these steps:

1. Open the Settings app by pressing the Windows key + I.
   
2. Click on “System” and then click on “Display”.
   
3. Scroll down to the “Advanced display settings” section and click on “Display adapter properties”.
   
4. In the “Properties” window, click on the “Adapter” tab.
   
5. Click on the “List All Modes” button.
   
6. Select the resolution and refresh rate that you want to use and click on “OK”.
   
7. Click on “Apply” and then click on “OK”.
   

You can also adjust the graphics performance preferences for individual programs on your system. To do this, go to “System” > “Display” > “Graphics” and select the program that you want to adjust the graphics performance for.
