Hori wheel for xbox series X - connection

My wheel is compatible with Xbox Series X/S console - double check the box and the manual inside.

I connected my wheel to the USB ports that are in the back and the front of the console.
In both cases, the Hori wheel is connected -I can see both lights in the wheel and the wheel is responding for few minutes.

After that, the wheel stop responding

Thanks, are you able to test the wheel with another console to see if the issue persists?
This helps us to isolate the issue a bit more.

If not, I can advise you 3 things to try in your console. But if the issue persists could be a problem with the wheel itself (also, make sure to test the wheel in different games)

1. Power cycle your console
1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
2. Unplug the console's power cable from the console and from the power outlet. Wait 5 minutes.
Important: Be sure to wait at least 5 minutes. This step resets the power supply.
3. Plug the console power cable back in.
4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

2. Do a factory reset but keeping games and apps
Go to Settings > System > Console info > reset > Then select keep my games and apps

3. Perform an offline update for your console. In that way Xbox system will be installed/updated from scratch.

Just to confirm, the wheel that you have is the one compatible with Xbox Series X/S consoles?
Please double check this looking the box or if you get it from internet. The listing

If yes, may I know if you tried connecting the wheel to a different USB ports? (The ones from the back)

Or which troubleshooting steps you have done so far to fix this, in that way I can advise you different things or how to proceed

Non of the above resolved my problem.
I have contacted the tech-support of the wheel and hopefully they will fix it or replace it.
