hopeful future updates for the xbox one

Battlefield 4 is the biggest culprit for me mate. Forza 5, Ryse and Peggle 2 are not far behind.

I have spoke to Xbox Support about this, told them that I don't get these issues when Kinect is turned off ( still plugged in ) and they told me .. "Microsoft are aware of these issues" ... ( hopefully that means fix on the way ) and advised me for now ....
"To leave Kinect turned off" ...

I wouldn't dream of getting rid of the console, I'm sure they will sort these issues out but I have to say at the moment ( from my own experience ) I'm not enjoying the whole XB1 Next Gen experience. Sure I expected issues at the start but getting booted from
games, controller disconnecting is a royal pain in the backside.

 

I think there is a lot that could be improved however the thing they need to fix most urgently is the dire smartglass.... Maybe I've been spoiled by airplay but smart glass interaction with the apps and desktop is pretty much awful... The best is probably
the YouTube app but even that's flakey and clunky. I was hoping for more than a poor remote...

 

What i would like to know is, how is it if you seem to have a few symbols attached to your gamer tag on the forums you don't seem to have any problems, don't care of any problems, and totally dismiss any concerns to how the Xbox one is, it does seem the
more you have the more this seems to be the case? Perhaps yours came from a special consignment?

Ive heard this several times and its simply untrue. One of the MVPs had to send his console in for repair. I havent had any personal issues, but do feel for everyone who does. It sucks when things break. But as far as receiving the console from a special
consignment, I think thats unlikely as Microsoft doesnt read these forums in any official capacity. Besides how could they guarantee someone from the forums received a specific console that wouldnt break?

LOL I have had loads of problems, games back to the dash, laggy homescreen, controllers disconnecting etc. I said "mines never thrown me back to the dash with either AC4 or COD:Ghosts" above, but as Lofty, RYSE, FORZA 5 and Peggles 2 do throw me back to
the Dash mid game. That's why I called it strange.

 

I say this lightly, not literally
