Hope do I up date my Xbox one please

To update your Xbox One console manually:

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
   
2. Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Updates.
   
3. Under Updates, you'll see:
   
   • Console update available. Select this to begin your update, or
     
   • No console update available. This means your console is up to date.
     

To set your Xbox One console to receive updates automatically:

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
   
2. Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Updates.
   
3. Select Keep my console up to date for console and Keep my games & apps up to date for games and apps.

smae problem with the up date i am also part of the preview program and yesterday Xbox did an update that the xbox still in the update and wont complet what should i do i hope this update did not mess up my xbox one

I can confirm that the Xbox one has this feature still. What I would suggest is please make sure your console is 100% up-to-date... All settings, System, console info and updates, and there it should tell you if your system is up to date or is in need
of a update.
