    Honest question.


    I wanted to know if reporting a problem via the in game option really actually helps?

    I ask because I have sent so many in, in regards to Battlefield V for example, and yet nothing seems to happen over time as the problems seem to never get fixed.

    I'm not trying to be disrespectful and/or rude in anyway. But, I'm also asking because the whole process of "report a problem" takes an awfully long time. So, if nothing really gets done, I don't want to waste my time, or anyone else's.

    Yes. I havent gotten that far, but I've read but according to what I've read on the fallout site all the DLC except Dead Money will still be accessible after the quests have been completed.

    Yes you can. And yes the cap was raised to 40. By the time the last DLC comes out we will be able to hit 50! My stats will be looking sharp!
