About your move to Honduras and whether you will be able to use Xbox live there or not, according to the official Microsoft website below, Honduras is not a country that Microsoft officially supports, however, you can change the region of your console to enjoy the services.

what i mean is Honduras isnt in the list of countries and region, if isnt there means i cant buy ms points.

Paul from the Xbox Forums Team here to assist with the issue, it looks like you'd like to use an Xbox One console that is purchased in the United States and then play it in Honduras. Now this can be done but a few modifications would have to be done to make
sure it works in Honduras. You'll more than likely need a power convertor as well will need to change the language/region and account for when it is in Honduras. Here is a link on
