This is not me someone has stolen my xbox and trying to reset it.

If your console was stolen you need to be more concerned than your “home” console.

It's very important, the first thing you need to do is follow the steps outlined in "What to do if your Xbox gets stolen" and change the password for your account.
Unfortunately, unlike cell phones, Xboxes do not have built-in GPS and its location setting is really only there to know what region and time zone the Xbox is in. It is true that if someone starts up a new Xbox Live account with your stolen Xbox, that serial
number will show up in account.microsoft.com/devices for that new account. However, it's my understanding that only the
Enforcement Team can take any actions.

Report this to the police and i'd recommend changing the passwords for any accounts setup on the xbox that was stolen.

I'm sorry to hear your home was robbed, same thing happened to me and I had my 360 (pre cloud storage days) stolen, was annoying losing progress in so many games.

Yeah, i know im allowed to change it 5 times, but for a unknow reason i only got 3 home xbox changes, and the guy who stolen my account used it all
