Home Xbox Microtransactions?

So don't judge but I bought some gold bars with real money on Red Dead Online and quite a hefty amount because the new update has just eaten my gold bars lol but anyway, back to the actual question. So my boyfriend has my account on his Xbox set as home
Xbox and his account on mine set to home Xbox, obviously to share games and subscriptions etc. So like I said, I bought some gold bars and was wondering if he'd get them on his account as well?

Hi Ellarianora,

As Denis has stated that it will not work and is correct. Home console does not share in game currency on any game.
I will go ahead and lock this thread as it has been resolved. Please feel free to come back to the forums if you have any other issues, questions, or just want to create a discussion to talk to fellow gamers.

I'm not totally sure, but I don't think so since you can't share in-game currency https://support.xbox.com/games/game-setup/my-home-xbox

Xbox doesn't have a "game share". You have someone else's Xbox as your Home Xbox. Anyone using your Home Xbox will have equal access to the content you own. So if you bought DLC then anyone playing on the Xbox can play that DLC such as Witcher 3
expansions. But that doesn't extend to microtransactions or account specific DLC such as cosmetics you bought etc. Hope this helps!
