home Xbox' it says that it is Unable to save changes

hello
I cant set my account "HOME" When 'set this console as home Xbox' it says that it is Unable to save changes

I have 5/5 SWITCH LEFT, this is first time use my account on new XBOX SERIE X and the UPDATE its the last VERSION 10

I did these steps:
- I checked Xbox Status : Up and running ALL GREEN.
-I removed my account and sign it again the same.

- changed my name the same problem.

- cleared MAC address .

-rest XBOX from zero deleted everything.

- changed connexon (used modem , my phone chare data).

- even Reset home console in developer mode .

- unplugged cable POWER TURN OF console all day nothing happened.

- I changed my PASSWORD and DO every security thing (authenticator app)

NOTE: I used 2 other my account are work fine.

PLEASE HELP .... I've lost hope

Do you have another Xbox console set as your home console in your account?

Please, try these steps:

1. Sign out of your account on your Xbox Series X.

2. Go to the Microsoft account website and sign in with your account credentials.

3. Under the "Devices" tab, locate your Xbox Series X and click on "Manage".

4. Click on "Remove console" to remove your Xbox Series X from the list of devices associated with your account.

5. On your Xbox Series X, sign into your account again and try setting it as the home Xbox.

no nothing happened you see old poste, i do everything ,The problem is not from my xbox but from my account ,It would be better to see a response Cliff A and me we do everything. Brief talk

I contacted them two months ago,I spoke with the support he said will refer that the problem to the technicians He succeeded in communicating with them and they will fix it soon
