    Home Xbox Family Members Issue

I had 4 Xbox’s recently, all running good. I sold the two Xbox Ones and now only have the Series S and X.

So i set the Series S as my home Xbox and everything works properly. My kids can sign in as family members and they use my Ultimate Game Pass Subscription. While i can sign in on my Series X being the non home Xbox. And everyone was happy.

Now it wont let my family members play any games on my Home xbox S unless im signed in. It says see the Microsoft store. And then it says you can play this game. Launch it.

so is this a glitch or bug?

    :)

The family member that gave you the console, may possibly have set it as their home Xbox. Technically you do not own them and if they get a new Xbox and set it as Home Xbox, they will not be accessible.

Your best bet is to talk to the family member who gave you the console, to confirm that these are their games

I'm aware of one account at a time. They have their own account as a family member under mine

There Xbox is set as home Xbox.

As previously stated this has never been an issue before

You can only game share with 1 person, it's recommended to only gameshare with family members however.

Here is a bit of information on the designation of a home Xbox

Again though, it's only recommended you share with your family members.

Thankyou for the reply ArminitorX Heres where i am at now (sorry if i sound stupid with all this). Basically ive managed to get into my daughters account and change her password so i can always get in there now, good news lol. The bad news now is that
when setting up her xbox account i must’ve used a different email address (@yahoo) to try to add her to the family. Ive managed to send her another invite my xbox to join family but that address is @outlook. So when i sign into daughters account the invite
is there (pending) but when i click on it it says she has to leave the family she is currently at before joining my invite 🤦‍♂️ I cant find that option anywhere on her account so i suppose my question now is ‘how can i get her account to leave the family
she is apparently currently in?’ Thankyou once again 🙏 is in
