Home Xbox and License Transfer

Yes, for the Xbox 360, go into "account" under settings and select the License Transfer option to transfer your device licenses to your console. For the Xbox One, go under "personalization" in settings and go to "My Home Xbox," and then make your console
your Home Xbox.

You should be able to select licenses to transfer by using the license transfer tool here on Xbox.com:

www.xbox.com/.../Home

You can license transfer your content if you want to. Or if you are still on the same console you should be able to use it still (because the content license is on both the account and xbox if I'm not mistaken).

When you download things to your xbox you obtain the license to use it. When you transfer stuff to a new xbox, the content moves without a problem but the license don't as they are tied to the console. Doing the license transfer
will move all licenses to the new xbox for you.

You can change which console is your home Xbox up to five times during a one-year period. This period works on a rolling basis, starting the moment you change your home Xbox for the first time. If you reach your limit of home console changes for the year,
you’ll get a message letting you know the next available date you can change it.

When you change home consoles, all device licenses for digital content will move to your new home Xbox. These device licenses will no longer be available on your old "home" Xbox.
