Home Xbox and Gamesharing (need help)

Hey guys, so last year me and my brother game shared so we can play multiplayer games together, but he decided to move over to Ps4 a few months back. We gameshared over three times (yes I know that is the limit) because something happened to his xbox that
made him have to restore his Xbox to factory defualts, so now that he no longer has an Xbox is there anyway I can make my xbox one my home Xbox I'm pretty sure it's been over a year and it doesn't let me. Is it suppose to be a year after your third time or
a year after your first? Because of its your third time that would make sense but if it's my first then is there a way to change it back? Sorry if I have bad grammar. Thanks.

For gamesharing you need a constant xbox live connection in order to recognize the use of the xbox home setting.

Gamesharing with your friend? It sounds like they may have accidentally kicked you off the Gamesharing perk. We unfortunately cannot do anything on our end regarding joining the Gamesharing capability with your friend.

Hey There!

Usually it will take 365 Days to reset the Home Console.

As of my experience, I've reached my limit, but when I tried contacting the Xbox Chat Support.

support.xbox.com/.../contact-us

They've easily reset the Home console of my account then I've been able to set my account as a home Xbox again immediately.
