    when I am in the home screen and I select an app or game and press A I have to hit it several times in order for it to initialize the game or app. Even the menu items like invite etc it's the same problem. I have 3 controllers, two wired and one wireless
    with all the same issue. I have done a power tecycle of the console by holding down the Xbox logo for 30 secs in order to clear the cache and it's still happening. Can anyone help?

    it would be great if Microsoft can test and acknowledge the problem and then provide an time for a fix.

    I am also having this issue with two different Xbox Ones and two different media remotes. Most likely a recent update has caused all of our remotes to stop working correctly.
