Home Screen Sync

Oh. I see. Is that so. Because I saw in other forums here that people were discussing how when they logged-in into their new Xbox, their home screen layout reflected their old Xbox, and whenever they would make changes to either Xboxes, it would sync between the two. Some of the replies even said that that was an intentional feature so that you will have uniform experiences between your Xboxes.

I understand that you want to know if you need to organize your Home Screen on the new Xbox console.

I apologize for the inconvenienced this has caused you. I will do my best to help you.

To set your expectations properly, when you upgrade to an Xbox Series S/X and log in with your existing Xbox account, your Home Screen layout from your Xbox One will not automatically sync because the Home Screen customization (groups, tiles, etc.) is tied to the specific console and does not transfer between devices.

Also another issue I'm having is on a second xbox one where it says syncing data whilst on the don't overexert yourself screen. It then takes a while to sync (or so it appears) and then goes into a black screen. I then have to use xbox home button to exit
out. I also retried this by cancelling on the sync screen and then selected stop syncing but this time it reset to the home screen.

That didn't work for me the home button on the screen is flashing but the controller is sync

No what I get: Welcome Sims4 screen, sign in screen (I have 2 accounts, I've tried both), Sims4 content syncing (3 seconds), loading screen with the progress bar at the bottom... the progress bar with the diamond gets choppy and boom black screen. Back to Xbox's home screen.
