    Home Screen Guide won't appear! HELP


    When I'm on my home screen I press the Glowing big X button on my controller to get the guide to pop up and my screen gets a bit dark but the guide never appears, even in games or streaming apps it won't appear! This means I have to turn off my console and
    turn it back on just to get back to the home screen! Someone please give me the answer!

    When you press the home button on your console does the guide appear on the left hand side of the screen on top of the game/app you are using?

    try hard resetting turn the xbox off and unplug it for five min it worked for me

    The exact same thing is happening to me. It'll go away after a forced reset but randomly comes back. Super frustrating.

    I don't know what to do...keeps happening.

    Just saw the responses going to try a hard reset and see if that keeps it fixed or if it comes back.

    The exact same thing is happening to me. It'll go away after a forced reset but randomly comes back. Super frustrating.
