Home menu won't work again !!!!

It is server problem dear . Not mine

Tried 10 times with 10 account on many consoles .

1. Restart the console

1. Press and hold the Xbox power button on the console for a few seconds to shut down.
   
2. Disconnect your console from its power source for a couple of minutes.
   
3. Reconnect your console and restart the console.
   

By running a power cycle that restarts the Xbox, all the glitches and issues will be cleared out. Hence, your console will effectively sync and give a much better performance.

2. Check for connection problems

1. Go to Settings and then click Network.
   
   
2. Select Network Settings.
   
   
3. From the network settings, select Check Internet connection.
   

Xbox will run the connection test for you and determine if you have an active internet connection or not. If the network is inactive, follow the onscreen guide to fix the network connection issue.

Since lack of internet connection could also make this my home Xbox not working problem to surface. So, fixing your internet connection should fix the problem.3. Reset the console

1. Press the Xbox button to open the panel.
   
2. Select System, choose Settings, and Console Information.
   
   
3. Select Reset console.
   
4. Choose Reset and keep my games & apps.
   
   

This should be a last resort for you if you don’t want to lose other data because your console will return o factory default.

To check, if you try a full
power cycle of your Xbox One console and router/modem, does that help with the issue you're experiencing when you sign back into your account on your console?

If not and you're able to view your Detailed Network Stats (Settings>Network>Network Settings>Detailed Network Statistics) as seen on your Xbox One console, can you please send those to us?

I am having the issue and can't get an answer from anyone.

Just to follow-up, it does appear that backing out to the Home Screen, going to the App Menu and choosing "quit," and then starting again DOES work for going directly to the menu.
