I apologize if this is the wrong category, and also for if this isn't the place to contact Microsoft, but like the title says, I accidentally redeemed the code on another account that was logged in and was hoping Microsoft could transfer the content to my
account.

I know, why be on two different accounts. Well, at the time it was my mate playing while I took a break for awhile. I just went a bought home front and was eager to finally play. But stupid ol me didn't even bother to check if it was under my account.

If I have to contact Microsoft directly, could someone send me their email or a link to somewhere?

Does Black Ops 2 maps go between profiles?

If I download the Revolution pack for Black Ops 2 on this account, will my brother's account also have access to the Revolution pack and Peacekeeper SMG as well?

I would suggest you contact support directly, you can find a list of telephone numbers for countries here:

If you'd prefer, you can use this page to request a callback, or speak to them in a live chat:

support.xbox.com/.../contact-us

It would be completely up to them as to whether the content could be transferred, so best to speak to them. Let me know if I can help with anything else?

I just completed all of the Industrial Revolution puzzles online. I received quite a few in game rewards, including the Industrial Revolution Rewards Pack and an Alliance pack.

Thank you for contacting Forum support!

When redeeming content always make sure you're signed into the correct account on all devices.

(make sure it didn't get redeemed to the wrong account)

Try checking your
Order History on your account (the one on the console) and make sure it was redeemed to that account.

If the content was redeemed to the wrong account, then try to set your other account as the

Home Console.

(unfortunately, codes cannot be removed from one account to another)

It is already a home console and children can play 2 Minecraft games for which I redeemed codes on my account but they cannot use Explorers pack add-on. Only I can see it in my account.
