    Home Console Streaming after 9/11?


    If I recall the Xbox Console Streaming app will expire on android after 9/11/2020 and project xcloud streaming will officially launch in Xbox Game Pass on 9/15/2020. I haven’t seen any communication on the future of the home console streaming feature of project xcloud. Will the game pass app allow you to stream your home console? Will this be added to the Xbox app on android?

    I really hope this feature will not be retired because I found I was using it far more than I was using xcloud streaming. I loved playing games from my library not just those on game pass or in the xcloud catalog.

    I watched around 9 hours of the live stream. It finally ended 11 minutes ago and they put a review up for it. IGN gave it a 9.0 after the 24 hours of amazing! I am now more excited than every about the game.

    6. The app will search for consoles connected on the same network. Select your Xbox One;

    7. Click Stream to start streaming.

    8. Navigation will be done with a control already configured on the PC;

    9. To change the streaming resolution, enter Settings, Xbox One and Streaming Quality;

    10. Choose the one best suited to the speed of your home network.

    11. To start a game, select it normally.

    Xbox One S Port Flapping

    To be specific the Xbox is connected to a ZyXEL GS1920-24 switch. The XB is constantly switching between 10/100 and 1000 port speeds.

    Everything seems to be working normal, and If I actually "wake" up the console by turning it on it stops happening so I think it has something to do with the console being in it's low power state.

    The site reports the services as being online as of 3:06PM 9/13/11 @EST. If you still can't connect after seeing this, reboot your modem and/or manually configure your CMC (Connection Method Configuration) on your console.
