    Home Button not working


    I am unable to go back to the dash bored or even bring up the snap menu or bring up the option to turn my console or remote off.

    I have tried with 3 different remotes and the Xbox smart glass app with no success.

    I have already turned the console off then back and re-synced the controls.

    I have this same exact problem. I've turned it off and back on many times, but it hasn't fixed it. Have you or anyone else figured out how to fix this, because I'm getting tired of having to turn my Xbox off just to switch apps or being unable to access
    friend or party options.

    Hi

    Can you try and carry out a full console restart by pressing and holding the power button on the front of the console for 5-10 seconds once the console has switched off I would personally also then remove the power cable from the wall outlet for a couple
    of minute then reconnect and switch everything back on and hopefully pressing the home button will bring up the guide.

    Try this

    1. Press and hold console power button till fully off.

    2. Press and keep held both bind and eject buttons.

    3. Press power button (keeping bind eject held) and wait for second power up chime.

    4. Select reset console from troubleshooting menu.

    5. Reset keeping all games and apps.
