Home Button not working (Help)

I can use the home button on all of my controls to turn my xbox on. The home button on the controller doesnt seem to work once the xbox is on. I have tried every controller, and i've even tried using the smart glass app. The only way that i am able to navigate
around my xbox is by using my Kinect. Please help.

I have this same exact problem. I've turned it off and back on many times, but it hasn't fixed it. Have you or anyone else figured out how to fix this, because I'm getting tired of having to turn my Xbox off just to switch apps or being unable to access
friend or party options.

I had the same issue try a soft reset.

 

Have you tried doing a hard reset on the console? Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until it shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back into the console and power
it up. Once up and online test for results. Let us know. Good Luck!

Hello I would like to modify my problem the my home my companion but it does not allow it unfortunately xbox. Can somebody help?

 

The single year was over because I used it up 3 times last year. I would love now finger to activate a member but the xbox does not allow it
