    Home button not giving me snap tab


    When i press the home button, rather than bringing up the bar or anything, the screen just gets dim until i press the home button again, returning me to my game. I cant change games or access my home screen without turning off the xbox, and even when i click
    my profile on the top left of the home screen it just dims also. High contrast was already off for me, and i can only access settings by going jnto my apps. any ideas?

    Snap tv while playing a game?

    If you double tab the Guide button ( the power on lighted X on the controller) it will also switch from snap to game.

    How the heck do you navigate snapped apps?

    Double tab the Xbox button (home button)

    I managed to sort the problem for myself by just going into settings- system- updates and updating my xbox, snap bar is working fine for me now

    Was able to get whatvi wanted via windows app no isdues but just cant get into the store app on the new x box one x it does mot give me an error just puts me back into the store tab page likevif u pressed the xbox home button and tabbed over to store
