    Home button doesnt respond


    I bought a New xbox series s consol and it came with a New controller the problem is that the xbox button 10 times doesnt work and 1 time work when i try to power on the consol using the controller it doesnt power up what is the problem

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    For cases like this steps that we have to perform is try to use a different controller if there is an available one. If there isn't please check if there is an update available for the controller that you're currently using. Please follow the steps below:

    1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide, select Profile & system > Settings > Devices & streaming > Accessories, and then select the controller you want to update.
    2. On the Xbox Wireless Controller screen, select “…” to check the firmware version for your controller.
    3. If it says “Update,” select Firmware version, and then follow the steps provided.

    I think its a technical problem in the controller, i tried connecting it to a pc and the same issue occurred I have to press the button firmly to work and sometimes twice or more ...

    I appreciate you letting me know and I apologize for the trouble. Do you have a PC or Laptop where you can try to test the controller? Because if using a different device the same issue occur, we may need to get the controller replaced.
