Okay EA Sports and XBOX Live,

It's time to hold gamers accountable for vulgarity including: jersey names, gamertags, trolling, and grieving.

Here's some video proof of a gamer, grieving his team.

I just finished it and I think this is absolute HS that people who pay hard earned money have to put up with this, in a game.

This is breaking not only the XBOX and PS TOS, it is breaking the Agreement they clicked on to agree to.

If you're doing this in NHL 18, you're a bum. A flat out bum!

Naming/ shaming the player is not allowed on the forums.

Xbox Enforcement does not use the forums so you should just report the player from your Xbox

The best way to avoid getting punished for using vulgar language is don't use vulgar language. Seriously - just ignore the trolls. Report them, mute them, move on. Don't get involved. Do that and you won't get punished and won't feel the system is unfair.
