    Hold on funds?!


    Hi I recently order an Xbox series s from you and I look at my account and to my terror I have a negative balance of 301 dollars yet last I check I should have had a balance of over 23 dollars and then I check my online banking and they say I have a hold of 308 dollars on my account? What is this hold for since my original purchase was 333.88 so why is the founds being held less then that then?

    Hello there! I hope everything is going well for you!

    Regarding your issue, please try first to check your orders history on your account to see what exactly you have been charged for. In order to do that you will need to follow these steps: I will need you to first go on Microsoft account | Sign In or Create Your Account Today – Microsoft> sign in with your account> select payment and billing> select orders history, and then check if you are able to find the purchase you have been charged for.

    If you are not able to find it, please either contact your bank so that they can tell you exactly what is the reason you have a hold on funds for, or you can contact our support for more assistance Contact us | Xbox Support.

    This happen to me when I preorder blackops two.. basically they check to see if the fund are available do they end up holding the funds for the game they they release the hold.. they then charge your account when they ship the game

    When you preorder the game, it does a test charge to your credit card

    This puts a hold on those funds for several days, and then the hold is released

    Xbox one doesn't power on. Have just received a replacement power supply under warranty and still won't power on.

    You can arrange an advanced exchange if you like. You will need a credit card that they can use to hold funds on the console.

    What you need to do is call phone support and arrange it. They will ask for your credit card so they can put a hold on the funds (they don't take it). They will then send you the new console and release the hold when the old console is returned to them.

    I was charged for an order that hasn’t shipped.

    Depending on how you paid they place holds on your funds without technically charging you. I too ordered the XBSX from MS store on launch but my funds in my bank are still processing till they ship. Its stupid
