Tengo un problema con mi xbox one y quisiera saber si a alguien le ha pasado lo mismo y si tienen alguna idea de una solución.

Les explico, de la nada al prender mi xbox, se tarda demasiado en la pantalla verde y después al iniciar, me marca un error que especifica que no se ha podido conectar con mi perfil. El problema es que solo me deja en la pantalla de inicio y desconectado
y al presionar el boton "inicio" del control para ir a configuraciones o intentar conectarme, no responde, no hace ninguna acción, no se queda congelada la pantalla pues si puedo navegar entre las opciones de la pantalla de inicio pero no responde el xbox
la acción de inicio del control.

Intenté reiniciar a modo de fabrica con una unidad usb con un archivo que descargué directamente de esta pagina. Encendí el xbox presionando los 3 botones físicos de la consola y al abrir el menú y seleccionar la opción de "quita todo", el xbox hace un sonido
de apagado, la pantalla se congela por unos minutos y posteriormente solo se apaga.

No encuentro otra alternativa mas que esta, espero que alguien me lea y me pueda aconsejar, ya no se que hacer. MUCHAS GRACIAS.
