Hogwarts legacy won’t launch or start the install

I just got Hogwarts Legacy, but my Xbox series X won’t even register the game. It’s a new disk, so no issues with it. It won’t launch it or start installing it.. I’ve done the power option, maximized available space, all the help options. please help

Xbox one s nor x is a series console and they are 12 years in technology difference

According to Xbox Support:

"This may mean that your console is experiencing a system update issue that is preventing it from updating successfully."

I have here steps that we can try, please perform a power cycle on your console by following the steps below:

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE

"1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. "

Which edition did you buy

There is two

Legacy and legacy gold

Legacy had both

You just need to find the xbox one copy in yoir ready to install library

Pops up saying installation stopped.

I'm able to download all the games except hogwarts legacy.
