Hogwarts legacy where is my game???

i brought hogwarts legacy as soon it was available to be preordered even though i only got access to the game on the 5th of may as i own xbox One and since the 13th of May microsoft now says i never had the game but i was playing the game hours before and still have the xbox series X/S version in my library. I have tried everything to restarting my console and adding all my accounts, checking the xbox servers which don’t even report the issue, uninstalled the game which made the game disappear

The Hogwarts Legacy: Digital Deluxe Edition should be compatible on your device. Please try to purchase it instead directly to the website. Just make sure that you're signed in with your correct account online.

Just a friendly reminder though that there are multiple reports in regards to the same issue, however, there are no official announcements yet from Microsoft which is why we just need to perform troubleshooting steps but before that please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and check if you can see the game order from there stated as “completed”.

I checked my bank and there’s a transaction for $60 on 12/5/22 and hogwarts legacy was the only game I pre ordered/paid for at that time for that price but when I went to Xbox transaction there’s no payment for hogwarts legacy it’s like I never pre ordered/paid for it

There is two

Legacy and legacy gold

Legacy had both

You just need to find the xbox one copy in yoir ready to install library
