    Since the 14th of February I have been unable to save the game manually and lost the auto save ability have completed the propose work around of deleting local saved data repeatedly but that hasn't worked in six weeks.

    this problem was first reported to the developer on the 14th of February the developer responded promptly by the 20th of February with a proposed work around and asked us to reply if the problem continued it has for everyone and yet it's now the 26th of April and we have had no update or response from development team on the rare occasion that you get a response from Warner bros

    It has a line similar to , 'at this time it falls outside of customer supports reach to aid you further' At that point they cease communication.

    Why is this not being tracked along with the reported Minecraft issues I have been unable play and have on numerous separate occasions lost many hours of progress tothis game breaking problem started before the 14 return point and foolishly myself and others Did not immediately return the game instead we thought quite reasonably that this would be resolved in a timely fashion instead you have taken our money and run.

    I'm sorry but issues with the game are the responsibility of WV and not Microsoft. Microsoft has no ability to address bugs in their game.

    I'm sorry about the people working at Customer Service have no direct line to the developer and only have the information they are given. You've reported the bug, In theory it has been entered into their system to be explored,, that's all that can be done

    I can tell you that the game is fully completeable. I would recommend you start over from the beginning to avoid any corrupted data in your current save

    Not that my work history is relevant to the conversation but I actually have spent A considerable time working in customer service both as management and call/ticket operative so I'm well aware of how it's works.

    It is not hard in fact it is incredibly simple if the agent checking the ticket can't flag the problem directly the line manager can after two months it's completely unreasonable to have no update on this issue.

    Congratulations on your version of the game working mine no longer does and due to this I can't complete the game.

    I have 100% completed the game, so it is completable. You can check my gamer tag if you don't believe me.

    Then you've never worked any kind of customer service. You fill in a ticket, which is then routed to the correct person at their end, who gets these tickets into their system for investigation. . These two people almost certainly never meet or talk. They have no ability to pick up the phone and dial avalanche and get you a response.

    The game is not fully completeable if it does not save if you die or the game glitches in anyway that causes you to have to reload then all the progress is lost I have been sat at 95% completion for over a month and that is not from any lack of playing it I have gotten as far as 99% completion before having the game lose progress either through glitch, death or other. Even if I do make it to a 100% on my first character I would lose that progress the moment I exited the play because the game is not restoring using sync.

    If I start a new game I inevitably run into this problem inside of the first six to twelve hours of playing.

    I'm sorry but I simply don't believe you that warner bros customer service has no direct line to its game developers that's a ludicrous suggestion when they are actively passing on our reports to the developers.

    I will concede that there are some people for whom the game is completable and in every case it's because they can save the game.
