    Hogwarts Legacy not Installing


    I bought the **** deluxe pack on Xbox Series X and I put the game into my system, it will not install.

    The console is all up to date. I have no notifications that the game is installing, it only tells me that the game needs an update and when I click update/later it stops installing.

    Is this happening to anyone else ?

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    Let's try installing the game digitally. Please follow the steps below:

    1. Cancel the installation and remove the disc.

    2. Perform a powercycle on your console.

    ​​​A. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

    B. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

    3. Launch Xbox app on your phone and search for the game.

    4. Click the game and choose "Download to Console"

    5. Wait for the game to install completely before inserting the disc to play it.

    I always recommend installing the game, and then patching

    Why does the Xbox series X|S version of Hogwarts Legacy say not “compatible with this device”in the xbox game store when I try purchasing it on my Xbox Series S

    Can you please check the other game versions for Hogwarts Legacy? Validate if there is no option for you to buy the game still.
