Hogwarts legacy no longer playable on Xbox one

I pre-ordered the Hogwarts legacy bundle (£74.99) back in January then had to wait for it to be released on Xbox one. Since it’s release, I’ve played the game for the last week but now for some reason, I could play this morning then this afternoon I no longer own the Xbox one version. Ive tried reseting the Xbox and reinstalling my account but I struggled to even re download the game as according to the store I’ve only got the x/s version. Now Ive re downloaded it, i get a message that says I “do I own this game or app?”. Error code 0x803f8001. Please help.

Have there been any updates on this issue? I spoke to a support agent on 5/13 and they assured me in 24 hours this matter would be resolved. It has been almost 48 hours and I am still experiencing the same issue.

Is there an updated ETA on a solution?

I'm sorry for hearing that! It appears than a lot of users are having this same issue, we have already tried reporting it to xbox but at the time all we can do is wait for a fix. But what you can do while we wait for a explicit solution is ask for support to the official Xbox support and see what they can do with your situation!

I’m having the same problem! i uninstalled the game to try reinstalling but It only giving me the option for series X/S version! So I’m still unable to reinstall

I spoke to Microsoft earlier today and they said it’s a licensing issue, it’s not showing that I have the license to download the Xbox one version though I have the series X/S deluxe version (which includes Xbox one version) in my purchase history! Hopefully they can fix it soon

Today, a few hours ago, it has been reported an error in the Xbox Live Status related with games and the capability of playing them, this applied to Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One consoles.
