hogwarts legacy i had the dlc cloak and outfit and it just got removed from my gear

That won’t do any good as the DLC pack does not have to be installed, it says it right on the items

There was a recent patch, you should contact WB about glitches with entitlements

Go to "My games and apps" > Installed games > Highlight the game > Press the Menu button > Go to "manage games and add-ons" > Click the game icon.

From there make sure that the DLC pack is installed.

Which edition did you buy

There is two

Legacy and legacy gold

Legacy had both

You just need to find the xbox one copy in yoir ready to install library
