Hogwarts Legacy Deluxe Edition Pre Order not fully downloading?

Morning,

I just pre-ordered Hogwarts Legacy Deluxe edition this morning. When I went to install it two things were listed, the game and a High Definition Pack. I selected both but only the game installed. I went to Manage Game and it still shows the High Definition Pack as suggested, but when I try do download it it wont.

Is this this High Definition Pack the pre-order bonuses? Is there something wrong with the pre-order, and does this mean I won't get early access? This is happening on a Series S.

No, it’s higher resolution textures and models

It’s likely they won’t be in the store until launch, but since they’re almost certainly just keyfiles will take seconds to download.

For pre-orders, not everything is pre-installed to the console...some things will only install when the game actually releases.
