Hogwarts in infinite looping

I bought Hogwarts legacy, but at the time of the exact room, the game is looping on the loading screen, I already uninstalled and installed the game but it didn't solve it, I would like to know if anyone knows how to solve it, because I don't want to lose my save

Hello, thanks for the feedback, it's happening with the Xbox Series S, the error is only with the Hogwarts Legacy game, so much so that I went back to the previous save point and it started, but when it arrives at the same stretch, the game returns to the infinite loading loop
