HLL asking for subscription even when I already have one

This is the exact same problem I'm having. For some reason my subscription was put on hold because of some issue with my card. When I go to update the information (Even though nothing has actually changed) the card isn't even listed so I can't change anything.
It asks me to add a new one, but this is the only one I have and it says it's already been added. I can't seem to even cancel the subscription and start over either. I'm at a loss. Hopefully someone knows whats going on.

I am a bit unclear on when you bought the one-month gamepass subscription. If the subscription is actually expired, then you will not be able to play any Gamepass games, even ones you have already downloaded.

Download the gamepass app on your phone to check your perks.

On the PC, if the error is still occurring, then you will need to configure your network

So you just need to configure your internet devices now.

They are unconfigured, so have access restrictions, causing these errors.

If you do not have knowledge, I advise you to contact the ISP that they will do for you

set a fixed ip for the console/PC, open the ports described below, disable and enable the UPnP function and disable the modem firewall, if you have a modem and a router the process has to be done on both devices.

Put console/PC IP in DMZ zone.

You can ask ISP(Internet Service Provider) for help

Use another browser then, test with several others to test.

And to test if the service is working on your console, use the xbox app.

I have a monthly Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription. It says that the next payment will be at 04.12.2022.

After confirming, see if this is the account that has the inscription that is logged in your Microsoft windows store. Open the Microsoft store, click on your avatar and see if it's the same account.

It is the same account but I do not see why to check this when my problem is that the Xbox website does not show the page as I would own a subscription. What has the Windows Store to do with this?

The only update I had pending was KB5019157. Did the update.

Windows 11 version: 21H2

And then go to the Microsoft Store, select More > Downloads & updates > Get updates.Update everything in both places, and let me know if it works

Everything is up to date as I already updated everything yesterday.

After all of these steps, the problem is still there. The website shows the same web page that is inviting me to buy the subscription.

What I find strange is that even if the web site shows me as logged in and I can see my avatar in the corner, on the left of my avatar there is still a "Sign in" link. It's like I am signed in and not signed in at the same time:
