    Hitron CGN2

    Login Information:

    Default Gateway – 192.168.1.1

    Username – cusadmin

    Password – login





    MAC Filtering

    1. Open a web browser.
    2. Enter http://192.168.1.1 in the address bar and press enter.
    3. Enter “cusadmin” for the username and “admin” for the password when prompted.
    4. Select Wireless from the menu on the left.
    5. Select Access Control from the tabs across the top.
    6. Select Allow-All from the MAC Filtering Mode dropdown.
    7. Click the Apply button.

    Hi Jason,

    Thanks for reaching out to us today. By looking at the category you choose it seems that your device is a Hitron CGN Modem/Gateway. Is this correct? if not what is your device you're using?

    If you are using the Hitron CGN Modem/Gateway here is a PDF manual that shows how to check the MAC address filters.

    If you can enable some verbose logs on the router you should be able to see the MAC address of the Xbox and if it is blocked or not.

    This information would best be handled by a specialist that works with and knows your router, which would involve getting in contact with your internet company.

    Try to reach out to who provided the hardware to ask about this information in regards to MAC filtering for your router and other questions you may have about your router.
