I hope this is the right info for the internet IP but I did mangage to find the firmware version. As far as WAN goes, I couldn't find it in the browser.

Firmware version: V1.0.1.26

Honestly, why can't your dev team just update the app to work with the latest version of the controller?

I honestly paid $170 for the controller, and I can't use it properly due to your team not properly updating it.

I even asked how to find the current version of the firmware to give you, and nothing was said about how to find that version.

Honestly, what would they do different than the support here? It is a app issue.

I cant find info on that exact model but Hitrons have known disconnection issues....I would get a plain MODEM ONLY and a cheap netgear router.......you can try and reset the Hitron to factory defaults by pushing in the little button for 30 seconds....you
could also try and put the Hitron in "bridge mode" which will make it a modem only and plug the xbox straight into it and test for disconnections....sometimes your isp has to enable "bridge" for you....

How does your Hitron Technologies CGN fits into this topology? Is it that you're using the TM502G stictly for VOIP service, and the CGN for Internet?
