    I cant get my 360 to login in to xbox live but my xbox one has no prob I get a nat error with the 360 my modem is a Hitron CGNM-2250

    Changing NAT type

    The Hitron is the primary router. My cable is connected to it for fast download speeds.

    -- Xbox One, PC, Xbox 360 (All share one cable.)

    -- Cisco

    The other cables are connected to Cisco.

    Thanks for reaching out to us today. By looking at the category you choose it seems that your device is a Hitron CGN Modem/Gateway. Is this correct? if not what is your device you're using?

    If you are using the Hitron CGN Modem/Gateway here is a PDF manual that shows how to check the MAC address filters.
