HITMAN: Requiem Pack did not download with pre-order and/or I never received a code to ...

I purchased the Hitman Intro Pack through the Xbox store on March 10 but the Requiem DLC was never available for me to download and I also did not receive an email with a code to download the content. How can I access the DLC?

Hitman Bundle - Requiem DLC not downloadable or manageable

I purchased Hitman the Full Experience on 3/11. The Xbox Store displays the Requiem DLC as apart of the Hitman Full Experience Bundle. It was not displayed as a pre-order item only. How can get the DLC?

I cannot download the Requiem DLC for Hitman. I purchased the Full Experience and the bundle included the DLC but I can't download or manage it.

 

Rockband 4 Rivals Pre-Order Bonus Song Pack

I purchased the Rockband 4 Rivals expansion pack and never received the pre-order bonus pack of songs that was supposed to come with the purchase. It is not showing up in my ready to install section of my xbox one. Was I supposed to receive a code to download
the pre-order bonus pack?

Just to clarify, the HITMAN Requiem Pack was included only with the pre-order of HITMAN. This pack was not included with the Intro Pack. In order for you to receive this content, you would have needed to pre-order HITMAN before March 11th. Thanks for understanding!

Hi and thanks for the response! Sorry if I wasn't clear, but i did pre-order the game, I purchased it on March 10. I just checked a source on the Hitman website and it states that all pre-orders, including the Intro Pack, include the Requiem Pack. Thanks!

I pre-ordered the Intro Pack digitally on the xbox store. The Hitman website says that all pre-orders would include the Requiem Pack.
