Hitman Bundle - Requiem DLC not downloadable or manageable

I purchased Hitman the Full Experience on 3/11. The Xbox Store displays the Requiem DLC as apart of the Hitman Full Experience Bundle. It was not displayed as a pre-order item only. How can get the DLC?

I cannot download the Requiem DLC for Hitman. I purchased the Full Experience and the bundle included the DLC but I can't download or manage it.

Hi guys.. i have been referred here by a MS chat support operator..



first off my problem relates to a different xbox live account, but if i use that account to sign in here all i see is 404 pages..

i suppose its possible that thats actually related to my problem.

i would prefer not to post the e-mail account attached to my main account, but the gamer tag is pansweed and the order number is [Mod Removed]

so now here is my issue..

HITMAN: Requiem Pack did not download with pre-order and/or I never received a code to download it.

I purchased the Hitman Intro Pack through the Xbox store on March 10 but the Requiem DLC was never available for me to download and I also did not receive an email with a code to download the content. How can I access the DLC?

To get the Requiem Pack for Hitman, you would have needed to pre-order through the Xbox Store on or before 3/10/16 or through participating retailers. Since you mentioned you purchased on the day of release, that will be the reason why the content is not
available.

On the Xbox Store on 3/10 and even now it lists the Requiem DLC as apart of the Hitman Full Experience Bundle. It is not stated as a pre-order item only. It is stated as part of the bundle I purchased.

 

I wasn't aware it was a pre-order only item, and as it was displayed as apart of the bundle, I anticipated and expected it to be included.

I am still awaiting a response to my grievance. I was not able to obtain the "pre-order DLC" because it was not labeled as such. On 3/10 the Xbox Store listed in as apart of the bundle without any information that the pre-order DLC was only available for
pre-orders, and because of that, I postponed buying it until the following day since I could go from purchase to download. The mislabel and/or misdescription of the DLC as apart of the bundle, when it was a pre-order only part of the bundle, caused me to miss
out on the DLC. I have been denied content due to misrepresentation, not through any fault of my own.

Apologies to hear any frustrations this may have caused, but the content would have needed to have been pre-ordered on or before 3/10/16. Since the content was purchased at release ( 3/11/16), we're unfortunately able to assist further.

 

So, even though I would have pre-ordered it if it had the proper description and it was misrepresented on the Xbox Store, there is not any way to honor the way it was represented; hence providing me with the content I purchased?

 

Hey, Justin! Because you purchased it the day after the promotion ended, there is no way we are able to provide the content to you. This content was only available through the game if you pre-ordered by a certain date. We do not have access to turn this
on for you, nor do we have codes that we are able to provide. The Requiem DLC was advertised everywhere as pre-order DLC, and was no longer available on the 11th because the game launched that day.

You will need to reach out to Square Enix or
IO Interactive to see if they are able to assist you. If they are not, then you will not be able to access this DLC.
