EN/ Hi everyone I have problem with Region on my US account, the game is not downloading even when I add payments how and why ? I buy gold 1 month for this game and I can't download because wrong REGION ??? Pls HELP

I change region to US and UK United States and United Kingdom but was not helped

It tells me hitman blood money is not available in my region. Can Canada not download it?

Becsuse Philippines is NOT an xbox live region

In order to get region locked content your accounr region and actual region must match

Since your actual region is not a supported region you cant get rhe content

This goes for most xbox 360 games

poland account with GT:

US english account with GT:gta05eflc and there I can't download

 

Since the game is region locked and you are not physically located in the US or UK, it won't allow you to download it. Since you are in Poland, the account region would also have to be set for Poland.

 

I have set on Poland but not helping this way So I need friend or someone who live in America and then I give my second account and he can buy hitman for free on his console.

So who willing to help?

Giving your account information to anyone else is a violation of the code of conduct so you be putting your account at risk by doing that. It also still wouldnt download where you are by doing that.

 

Seriously lol? Weird procedure ok nevermind so even when I go travel to america with console and change region to USA so even then I can't download ?! so I buy Gold for nothing ?

 

You should ask for a refund and order it to correct country. You have to watch on which region is the game locked to

If you were to travel to the US with your console and your account is set for the US, then yes, it would download. But as stated previously with region locked games your account region has to match your physical location in order to download them. So even
if your US account purchased the game from the US, it would not be able to download it in Poland because the accounts no longer match.

Also, if you're changing your account region through the language settings, that does not actually migrate your account region. So setting the language to Poland would not fox the issue. You would have to go to Sign in to your Microsoft account to migrate
the account region.

That is correct you would not be able to bring the currency over it stays as the region it was purchased in. The best way to cancel gold is first try on
Account website under subscriptions. If not able to cancel there can request a callback.
When you go to
Contact Us to get it to request a callback follow these steps:

• Step 1 ----select Xbox One
• Step 2 ----select no thanks
• Step 3-----select games
• Step 4 ----select request a call from support

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you.

My mistake but it still stands your best option would actually be use the polish account and download it there

Keep in mind your console locale and language must be poland

Thenwork around you mentioned isnt the correct path

Most people will use their actual location
