    Hitman (2016) some episodes are “Not currently available” in the Microsoft store


    Hi,

    I cannot download and install Paris, Sapienza, Bangkok, Hokkaido Episodes.

    • NOTE: I have played and finished the game previously, when available with games with gold.
    • NOTE: this also includes the legacy pack, to access all episodes from Hitman 2016 in Hitman 2.
    I am on Xbox one X, and when attempting to download the episodes from the Microsoft store, it says “Not currently available”.

    The add ons section in the Xbox dashboard only downloads Marrakesh, Colorado and Bonus Episode and the game itself of course.

    When attempting to download an episode seperatly, the option to “See all Versions” is the only one available and when pressing this it brings me to page in the above image. As you can see only the GOTY edition is available.

    Version: 1.41.216.329

    Digital Download - Standard Edition

    - Already tried power cycle and reinstall.

    - A IO interactive developer in the hitman forum has suggested this is possible an xbox store issue.

    Please let me know if there is any more info required to diagnose the issue.

    Unable to download Hitman Legacy pack on Xbox (Own Hitman 1 Definitive Edition)

    I can’t guarantee this will work for you but it is worth a shot at least. I found this on another forum but some of the other posts contain lets say bad language so I won’t post the full link here.

    good luck

    1. Install everything, from Hitman 2016(all DLC levels, GOTY doesn't matter) and Hitman 2(a given)

    2. Install/get the Hitman 2 prologue/starter pack from the store

    3. Load Hitman 2016 and follow the link to the legacy pack(store second option from left)

    4. It will load the store with the message 'hitman legacy pack is currently not available'

    5. From that screen, go up and right to the search bar and search 'Hitman legacy'

    6. Click on the first box that comes up on the left 'Hitman legacy'

    7. It will say £31(for me in the UK) 100% off and the 'get' button will now be green.

    Hitman 2 Legacy Pack - Why don't I have access?

    Thank you for responding so quickly. I have Hitman 1 installed, I have all seven episodes purchased and installed. I have the most recent update, updated on 11/9/18. When I go to H1 in-game store to redeem and download the Legacy Pack, it immediately re-directs
    me to the Xbox Store to "Legacy Pack", and it just says "Legacy Pack is currently not available."

    Unfortunately if the Hitman – GOTY Legacy Pack is not available to download separately anymore, then it just is simply no longer able to be redeemed through the Hitman Definitive edition which was only available as a physical copy. That pack is now only
    included in the
    HITMAN™ - Game of the Year Edition     which is the only Hitman edition you can currently purchase through the Microsoft Store.

    The reason why it is no longer available to download separately you will have to ask the developers about that and how they will be fulfilling this pack to those who own the physical Hitman Definitive edition since we cannot assist you with that on the forums
    unfortunately. It could be related to a licensing issue between both parties but I recommend contact the developers and see what their response is.

    Help With Hitman 2 Legacy Pack Issue

    It says it's available but then when it sends me to the store, no such luck. And it doesn't work from the store in Hitman 2 as there it only tells you to go to Hitman 1 and obtain the pack that way.
