Hitman 2 Collectors Edition & The Crew 2 problem with this two game content, function.

Hello, I bought the Collector Edition Hitman 2. But I miss my game content even after activating both codes that I had the edition. In the Xbox Store, I see the Expansion Pass that I can still buy it, although I have activated two Expansion. And I have
all the content what's in the game, it means the mission from the previous Hitman, for example.
And when I start the game I can not see Hitman 2 but Prologue from Hitman 2.

And when I'm at it, I'm playing The Crew 2 Gold Edition. And the game looks like Standard Edition. Also, I did not receive pre-order bonuses for this game even though the game was released earlier.

Hitman 2 Gold Edition DLC no longer downloadable after recent update

Hi, I have Hitman 2 Collector Edition. Expansion Pack I do not have at all, Expansion Pass I do not have anything at all. We have the same problem. I do not have the mission from the previous work at all. Well, there are plenty of problems when I see that.

Quick questions. Since installing the games have you done a hard reset of your console to see if that triggers it to show?

Hitman 2 Collectors Edition comes with Hitman 2 Gold Edition which includes a number of DLC that can be found here:

Once you redeem the codes that came with the edition, the DLC should have began downloading automatically. If it didn't, then you can find the DLC's for the game by pressing the Menu button over the game and then select "manage games and add-on's", then
on the left you will see Installed and Ready to Install. Any DLC you own from the codes you redeemed will be found there. The prologue is one of the DLC's that come with this edition so you need to start Hitman 2 to play the prologue.

For The Crew Gold Edition finding the DLC included in that edition if you own it is found the same way I mentioned earlier to find your Hitman 2 DLC. The Microsoft Store shows no indication of any pre-order bonuses or what they are since the game came out
in late June 2018 so I would suggest contacting
Ubisoft Support for that question.

I'm not going to make a hard reset because of the other games. Usually everything has always appeared after the first update.

 

For both games, I have all the available content installed. But this problem is simply. It's not that I miss some installed content. Simply The Crew 2 looks like a standard edition and not like Gold.

And Hitman 2 runs as a prolog and not as Hitman 2 or Hitman 2 Gold editions.
And the developers said the missions from the previous Hitman will be improved, but there are no such missions. So there must be a bug in the game or it will only be available after the first update.

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear about the issue with the games not appearing as gold edition in the games and apps.

Unfortunately, the thumb image with look like the standard edition. What makes the gold edition special is the added DLC for the game.
