    When I ordered the hogwarts game it downloaded as xbox x/s instead of Xbox one s can it be fixed to be compatible

    I just want to clarify, did you purchase the game Hogwarts Legacy for Xbox One Version or the Xbox Series X|S Version?

    To answer your inquiry, the Xbox Series X|S version of Hogwarts Legacy is only playable on Xbox Series X|S.

    However, if you have purchased the Hogwarts Legacy: Digital Deluxe Edition, you will be able to play the game on both the Xbox series X/S or Xbox One console.

    Platinum hits doesn't have the DLC as far as I know. I used to think that's what a platinum hits was, but it's not the case.

    There's non premium free downloads off the marketplace that will make your game compatible to play with people who do have the DLC packs.

    Account with multiplayer privileges.

    L4D2 is a backwards compatible 360 game.

    Load any 360 game.

    Once loaded hit the start and select buttons (small round buttons on either side of the big xbox button) on controller.

    This will bring up the 360 guide choose download profile from there.

    As some additional information. to the answer already specified.

    The backward compatible game while it is the same game the download is basically different version of the game, being the backward compatible version of the game. This is also the reason why inserting a backward compatible game via disc will result in the
    backward compatible version being downloaded (disk is still required to start the game)

    So in order for you to download that backward compatible version you will have to login to the Xbox Live Account that is used on the 360, which allows you to download backward compatible games that you own.

    When you load up your 360 Backwards compatible game and hit the start and select buttons to bring up the 360 guide instead of going to download profile and choosing that have your tried clicking the X button to sign in and signing in?
