History repeats and historical reward points

Hi,

As you have prematurely locked my prior question on this without completely giving an answer, I'll ask again ..

My historic rewards don't seem right. I seem to not have got correct credit for purchases (or any for that matter) I have a couple of 1000 points for tier one rewards, but being a gold member where are the 2% on purchases rewards?

Fair enough, I may not be correctly understanding how this works but if so then you need to make the rewards website a lot clearer on how it works.

Secondly, having finally got the history repeats mission started by purchasing battlefield 1, when you were having server or systems trouble which stopped it registering for a while, I now have a problem of getting the what's old or new to register. Since
buying the game I have some 17 achievements, yet the mission in history repeats needs only 5, but hasn't actually registered any since buying the game.

My rewards

They are not counting my points on Xbox Live Rewards, meaning I am not getting My Rewards in 96 hours, either in My Non-MyVip Missions or in Reward History: A if history repeats itself. I would like a solution.

How can I check the status of this reward? I have purchased 3 games in the list equaling more than 50.00

Assassin's Creed Unity. Assassin's Creed Syndicate (Gold Edition) and Far Cry Primal, but I do not see anything that says that I reached the next level. The purchases were made within the last 48 hours. Where would I check for this?

 

Support will check back about the achievement offer (they lock threads because it's easier/faster for them to see a new thread than to see a reply in an old one), but VIP rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next
month. They are always listed with the last date of the month they are for. So those 1,000 credits you mentioned would be your 2% back for those months.

 

ah, this makes sense now!

It's not the clearest of explanations on the website (it might be fine for most people, but a disability means I occasionally don't follow some things properly).

I'm assuming the achievement haven't unlocked because of the processing problems, so I should just wait for someone to check that I have them?

We do not list the gold modified amount on your MyStatement on the MyRewards page. For example, your June MyVIP payback is listed on your MyStatement as the following:

06/30/17 - MyVIP Star Rank 1 (Gold) - 3,900 Credits

So while it says rank "1", the (Gold) at the end indicates that your Gold subscription was taken into account, and you did receive 2% back on your MyVIP eligible, non-offer purchases.

Regarding your History of Rewards Achievements, we determined the cause of this issue, and have resolved it. You should see those Credits pending shortly. Apologies for the inconvenience.
