    History of Rewards


    Hey, I bought BF1 (£55) the other week and completed the 'Level 1: HARKEN BACK ONCE MORE' and received my 5000 rewards credits, Thanks. But I've completed more than five achievements in BF1 8 days ago and not received 3000 rewards
    credits for the 'Level 3: PLAYETH WHAT’S OLDE OR NEWE', Am i missing something?

    I received Rewards Credits for Rewards Hunters Level 2 in June, not History of Rewards Level 2 in July. Check my purchase history, two different offers and two different purchases.

    History of Rewards: History Repeats Itself Offer

    It takes about 96 hours for credits to show as pending after completing an offer, so it would be too soon to see it update on the website. The credits should show as pending on the MyRewards section of the site when it updates though. If you don't see it
    after 96 hours, you'll want to post in the support section of this forum so support can look into it for you.

    Apologies for the confusion. There was an error that arose with our daily maintenance that caused a file to fail. This caused users to briefly see what appeared as no account at all. We have hotfixed this issue. Apologies for the inconvenience. To be clear,
    this is purely an error in presenting information on the webpage. All your data on our servers was unaffected.

    When you check your Rewards Dashboard, what is the Status of the order?

    Sign in to the Rewards page with your Microsoft account, select Redeem and then select Order history. On the Order history page, find your order and then look under Status.

    If they don't show on your order history on the redemption page of the Rewards site, you'll need to contact Rewards support via the contact link at the very bottom of the Rewards site.
