History of Rewards, Level 3 not rewarded

Hello,

On 7/18, my account was awarded the Level 1 reward to the History of Rewards mission. One of the games purchased towards this mission was Far Cry Primal. On 7/20, I completed 13 different achievements. I do not see a reflection in MyRewards or MyMissions
to show completion of the Level 3 reward: Earn 3,000 Rewards Credits for completing five achievements in the game(s) you purchased as part of Level 1.

If you would please have a look at my account and see if this has not properly updated as of yet, or if I must perform some other action before the end of the month.

I received Rewards Credits for Rewards Hunters Level 2 in June, not History of Rewards Level 2 in July. Check my purchase history, two different offers and two different purchases.

Borderlands 2

Apologies if this is not the right place to ask this questions. Please let me know if his is the case.

Anyway.
If I am level 10 in borderlands 2 and play a side mission and get a reward. Will this reward be the same regardless of your level? For example, would I get the same reward if I played the mission at level 15 instead?

Oh ok then I guess it was just a conincedence then because I always got points right after reaching level 2 or level 3. When I made it to level 3 it said level 3 rewards earned. Though didn't get them till the end of the month.

So after thinking about it your post makes 100% sense. Hopefully the points I earned from purchasing get put in before xbox live rewards transfer to xbox live rewards or even by the 15th.
