Thanks for reaching out to us! There is no way to adjust the settings to turn off receiving

purchase history emails. However, one of the options available would be to filter the emails. Also, there is no way to currently delete the purchase history. It is there in order to look over the history whenever an entitlement is missing or there are issues
with a past payment. It allows customers to see the history of everything past and currently purchased.

To filter the emails:

Sign-in on account.microsft.com > Gear (settings) > View all outlook settings > Mail > Rules > Add new Rule

From there, it is possible to create a filter for the emails.
