Have you done an account migration yet? If you haven't, having an India account while being in Poland is likely what is causing your issue. Switching your account to the Poland region should resolve what you are running into.

nekolexus - Please make sure that your account region also matches what your physical region is, and then set your console to that same region.

How would I know the answer to number 2? They send a email saying bad communication then show you like 5 potential reasons. They never state how long the ban is, why I got it.

Because you committed the offense that caused you to be suspended? Or are you going to just claim ignorance to why you were suspended for 2 weeks? Hint, it isn't for false reports and you had to have been suspended before for it to be two weeks this time.
