Hijacked Xbox live acount

Please need information on my xbox live account was hijackef and its been several weeks and they still havent updated or retrieved my account. I have had my account for several years and tons of money invested into it, its my family account and now my
kids have suffered from this, poor customer servive that makes you wait with no update, should i get my bank to put all my charges togethet over 5 years and try fighting for a refund, i’m definitely out several thousands of dollars. My kids are the ones suffering

go to https://support.xbox.com/help/account-profile/manage-account/compromised-account-solution and follow the instructions
there

if that doesn't help click the Contact Us button on that page

select Family and Online Safety as the category

select I Want to Protect My Account as the topic

skip the notification

scroll to the bottom of the options and select Chat Online or Request a Call

Have you tried calling 18004myxbox amd talking ti them to see if they can help. You will need to give them your info related to the account and timeframe it had been hikacked. Hope this helps
